At OverTop Painting, we’ve always believed in the power of community. Throughout the ups and downs, including the recent pandemic, the people of Orlando have stood by our side, trusting us with their homes, recommending our services to friends, and helping us keep our business running when times were tough. Now, as a thank you to all those who supported us, we’re excited to announce our biggest community giveaway yet: 10 free house paintings in 2025!

Like many businesses, we faced uncertainty during the pandemic. However, with the unwavering support of the Orlando community, we remained open—painting houses and ensuring our workers’ families were cared for. Your trust enabled us to keep going, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.

Our 2025 Giveaway: One House Painting Each Month

To show our appreciation, we’re rolling out a year-long campaign to paint one home absolutely free every month in 2025. That’s ten houses total! Whether it’s a fresh coat for your family home, a bright update for a new move, or a well-deserved makeover for a longtime resident, our team is ready to revitalize your space—on the house.

Official Giveaway Rules

1. Follow OverTop on Social Media

• Entrants must be following OverTop’s official Instagram and/or Facebook accounts at the time of winner selection.
• Profiles set to “private” may be asked to provide proof of following if needed.

2. Complete the Entry Form

• Participants must fill out the official entry form with valid personal information, including name, email, phone number, and address.
• One entry per household. Multiple entries or spam entries will result in disqualification.

3. Residency Requirement

• Participants must be residents of Orlando, FL, or surrounding areas (within 20 miles of Orlando city limits).
• OverTop reserves the right to request proof of residency (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill).

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• One winner will be selected every two months (for a total of 10 winners).
• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, OverTop may select an alternate winner.

5. Scope of Painting Services

• The free paint job covers standard labor and materials for an exterior surface up to 1,200 square feet.
• Any additional services (e.g., extensive repairs, specialized finishes) may incur separate charges at the homeowner’s discretion.

6. Scheduling & Completion

• Winners must sign a service agreement and schedule the paint job within 2 weeks of winning.
• Failure to schedule within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Use of Likeness & Property

• By entering, participants grant OverTop permission to use before/after photos and any testimonials of the completed work for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., social media posts, website galleries).
• OverTop will respect reasonable privacy requests but may require limited on-site photography.

8. Fraud & Disqualification

• OverTop reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these rules.
• Any false or misleading information provided will result in immediate disqualification.

9. Minimum Participant Requirement

• Each drawing requires a minimum of 50 eligible participants. If this threshold is not met, the drawing will be postponed until the next scheduled selection date.
• If the drawing is postponed 4 times in a row due to insufficient participation, OverTop reserves the right to cancel the giveaway for that cycle.

10. Additional Terms

• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of OverTop are not eligible to participate.
